All About the Glass Elevator Design
In October, 2017, the Foundation and Montgomery County Public Libraries (MCPL) conducted a successful public meeting to present the Glass Elevator concept for the Make MORE Noyes Renovation. The design, pictured at the right, solves the difficult challenges of access to three stories within the historic structure while having minimal impact on the original building and the surroundings. Both the public and the historic preservation community are enthusiastic about the concept, and the design process has now moved forward. Read more HERE.
