About Our Board

​The Noyes Children's Library Foundation is led by an all-volunteer board that includes experts in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Public Relations, Fundraising, library services, and community-building. The Board operates in close partnership with Montgomery County Public Libraries and other organizations to multiply its efforts on behalf ​of Noyes and early literacy.​
