On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, members of the Montgomery County Council gathered with Anita Vassallo, Director of Montgomery County Libraries; Cassandra Malik, MCPL's Early Literacy and Children's Services Program Manager; the Noyes Librarians; and representatives of The Noyes Children's Library Foundation to celebrate a proclamation in honor of the Noyes Library for Young Children’s 130th anniversary!
